The Home Information Pack is a completely new
way of buying and selling houses and any business involved will have to
adapt their current methods and develop new ways of working.
My aim is to provide the best possible service to individual sellers, estate agents, solicitors and Pack providers. I will supply Energy Performance Certificates and Home Condition Reports, with the level of service you require, to the timescales you demand. Professional Home Inspectors are required to provide an objective unbiased report on the property which will assist buyers in identifying any failings in a property without having to go to the expense of costly surveys. The report also is of benefit to the seller as it will elevate those properties without defects to a more desirable level, if defects are identified they are known about by all parties and won't become a surprise at a critical point of the sale.

Please note Philip Bratt is available to: provide Home Condition Reports HCR, Home Surveys as a home surveyor in Cheshire and Home Condition Reports HCR in North Staffordshire for addition to your Home Information Pack HIP or HIPs. Home Condition Reports HCR are not a compulsory part of the Home information Pack HIP or HIPs. As well as Home Condition Reports HCR or HCRs we can also provide Energy Performance Certificates EPC or EPCs for your Home Information Pack HIP or HIPs. The Energy Performance Certificates EPC or EPCs which we can supply in Cheshire and North Staffordshire are a compulsory component of the Home information Pack HIP or HIPs unlike the Home Condition Report or HCR which is voluntary.
