| Home Inspectors are members of a new professional body introduced as a requirement of "The Housing Act 2004", It is a requirement of that legislation that Home condition reports are undertaken only by Qualified Home Inspectors. Professional Home Inspectors are specifically trained to supply Energy Performance Certificates and Home Condition Reports for inclusion in Home Information Packs (HIPs). We also supply Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) to householders and landlords wishing to make their home more energy efficient and can carry out a full green audit of your home. It will soon be a legal requirement to have an EPC for new properties, commercial and rental property.

Please note Philip Bratt is available to: provide Home Condition Reports HCR, Home Surveys as a home surveyor in Cheshire and Home Condition Reports HCR in North Staffordshire for addition to your Home Information Pack HIP or HIPs. Home Condition Reports HCR are not a compulsory part of the Home information Pack HIP or HIPs. The Energy Performance Certificates EPC or EPCs which we can supply in Cheshire and North Staffordshire are a compulsory component of the Home information Pack HIP or HIPs unlike the Home Condition Report or HCR which is voluntary.
